Refund policy
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted if the item is found to be defective or has a verifiable quality issue at the time of delivery.
Examples of qualifying issues include:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional issues with the movement
- Damage incurred prior to delivery
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic preferences
- Improper use or handling
To be eligible for a return, customers must:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
- Provide clear proof of the defect (photos or video)
- Return the item in its original condition and packaging
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or replacement.
