Refund policy

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted if the item is found to be defective or has a verifiable quality issue at the time of delivery.

Examples of qualifying issues include:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional issues with the movement
  • Damage incurred prior to delivery

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic preferences
  • Improper use or handling

To be eligible for a return, customers must:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Provide clear proof of the defect (photos or video)
  • Return the item in its original condition and packaging

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or replacement.
